Just to clarify, I’m not trying to undermine the importance or training of those in the medical field. Rather, I’m focusing and trying to shed light on a portion that should be addressed.

Food should be our fuel and our medicine. We should do everything we can to provide our bodies with proper nutrition to boost immunity, stave off infection, decrease inflammation, and fight against oxidation. We, as informed individuals, can and should educate ourselves on the proper way to feed and fuel our body. However, eating right can both be expensive and time consuming. But, every little step helps.
